I liked this Popeye's location. Even though it's in a gas station, there was still room to sit. The employees were working well together and doing their best to keep up with the lunch rush. The orders that all came out ahead of us and while my mom and I were eating were all correct. I understand that this was one of the only stores in Colorado to still have the chicken sandwiches and ours were fresh and super hot. They got my "no mayo" order correct. The only reason I put four instead of five stars is that they could have had maybe one more person to make sure the dining area kept clean and stocked-had to ask for napkins.

"Oops we totally forgot to make your order" after waiting for 18 minutes out front for what was supposed to be 5 minutes...mind you, this was only after going in to see where our almost $40 order was. Bunch of teens playing grab a** with an adult manager-type in the back that pulled a "oooohhhh who messed up this tiiiime". "It's been a long night and some of the employees aren't listening to the manager" was the excuse given. Requested refund, it will be 2-3 days to get the money back. Requested GMs contact information and was told no. I have to come back between 10-6 tomorrow to talk to "Christine". Looking forward to it! Nothing will come of this, but if paying customers don't take action against the deteriorating quality of service in the food industry (obviously not everywhere), then this behavior will continue to get worse!
UPDATE: I decided after reading reviews from the past 3 YEARS that were very similar to mine, that it's clear this place doesn't care and won't ever care. I won't bother talking to the GM -

This Popeyes has to the worse in Colorado how hard is it to make chicken and serve it. The workers are dumb as fuck.

This location consistently closes early and refused to make food even though their hours say the drive thru is open until midnight. How exceedingly lazy of them!
This on top of them taking forever and a day to make food at any time of the day. This location should be shut down. -

Absolutely terrible experience tonight. The worst part is that this isn't the first terrible experience at this location. I love Popeyes but I will not return to this location. Tonight I went through the drive through at 4:45pm before any sort of rush (it was not busy) they told me food would take 5 min. I was with my 3 yr old and newborn. After 18 min pass, I call. The lady on the phone says "idk what they were doing this whole time, it'll be done in 2 more min" 10 more min go by and nothing so I call again. She apologized and offers a couple pies free, cool, and says its coming now...yet another 10 min...nothing and had to call again. I was so upset I got my food, my kids screaming in the back and I get home and half of my order is missing! No popcorn shrimp that I paid for, no drinks, no sauce, I got the new chicken sandwich and the bun was burnt, I've called the location 30+ times tonight for a refund and not once have they answered. Absolutely awful experience for the last time!
